Synopsis:
After years of dedicated efforts to create her first debut feature film about her process of honest self-realization as a trans woman and an untold story about Iranian contemporary cinema, Amina Maher must pause her first debut feature film. She is left with no choice but first to create another movie as a means of survival that uncovers the constant abuse she suffered from her established filmmaker mother, Mania Akbari.

Despite some film people who try to shut Maher down as they see Maher´s voice as a threat to their business and repetition, Maher breaks the silence and moves on with the process of freeing herself from the patriarchal patterns.

The film passionately declares the presence of a filmmaker who yearns to break free and possesses the potential to empower. Here, we immerse ourselves in the fierce clash between the realms of art, honesty, and freedom on one side, and the forces of business, deceit, and opression on the other.
